製糸場内の西端に標高1ｍ程の小さなお山が見えますか？これは明治３５年、当時皇太子だった大正天皇がお見えになったとき、製糸場の南側の素晴らしい山並みをご覧いただくために作られたものだそうです。その手前には桜、そして梅、、春の訪れを感じられるいい場所です。"

・A Small Observation Point

Can you see the tiny mountain with a height of about 1 meter at the west end of the Silk Mill site? It is said that it was created in 1902 so that Emperor Taisho, who was Crown Price at the time, could see the beautiful mountain scenery to the south of the Silk Mill when he came to visit. In front of it are cherry blossom and also plum trees, making it a nice place to witness the arrival of spring.

在製絲廠內西側有看到海拔1m左右的小山丘嗎？相傳於1902年，為了讓當時的皇太子大正天皇來訪時能欣賞到製絲廠南側的絕妙山脈而建造的。前面可以賞櫻賞梅，是一處可以感受春天到來的好地方。

・Petit observatoire

Arrivez-vous à voir à l'ouest de la filature une élévation d'un mètre environ ? Ce monticule a été édifié en 1902 afin que lors de sa visite du site, l'empereur Taisho régnant alors puisse bénéficier d'une vue satisfaisante du sud de la filature. Le lieu situé en avant est idéal pour observer la floraison des cerisiers puis des pruniers, annonciateurs du printemps.
