・三町通り

「城町」「横町（宮本町）」「上町」の3つのまちをつなぐ道であるための三町通りと呼ばれています。
戦前にはとりたてて通りの名称はなく、戦後いつからかそう呼ばれるようになったそうです。

・Sancho-dori Street

This street was given its name (which translates to “three towns”) because it connects the three areas of Shiromachi, Yokomachi (known as Miyamotocho), and Kamimachi.
Before World War II, the street did not have a particular name, and it came to be called by its current name some time after the war ended.

Cette rue s'appelle ainsi (littéralement, la rue des trois quartiers) car elle relie les 3 quartiers de Shiromachi, Yokocho (Miyamotocho) et Kamimachi. Avant la guerre, elle ne portait pas de nom en particulier, et c'est au sortir du second conflit mondial qu'elle a pris son appellation actuelle.
